Information Gathering
First we will get gather alot of information about you, your current health, your lifestyle, your rhythms and what you want to achieve.
Create a plan
Then, we put together a plan of action to achieve what you want. This will include dietary & lifestyle changes which are individual to your circumstances.
Implement and check-in
We will work out an individual plan that includes daily practices that support you, nutritional food to nurture you and spiritual practices to nourish you!
Working individually in the context of yoga, movement, breath, meditation, lifestyle, food, habits and beliefs.
This is not an overnight ‘quick fix’.
