I am so excited as I am very close to bringing you classes and programs online!
Over the years I have been asked many times can I offer classes online by students who have worked with me and then moved away…..well finally I do!
Starting Dec 2017 I will be able to offer Pregnancy Classes online.
Then over the coming months I will have Labour Preparation, Postnatal Classes, Fertility Classes and very early 2018 a 10 Week Program to help you Flourish and Thrive, which includes yoga, lifestyle and ayurvedic wisdom!
